Effective Dates

With Dominion Systems’ Effective Date feature, you are able to put a change into the system that will not take place until a designated time in the future. For example, you can put in a pay rate change right now that won’t be active until some time later. Eliminate paperwork off your desk right now and the risk of forgetting to do the change.

At the Effective Date, a prompt will notify you of the pending change and ask for authorization. This insures that you don’t make a change to a person if the original condition has changed since then. Effective Dates are an easy way to simplify your life!
