If you would like to make changes to more than one employee at a time, typically payroll software will force you to go to each employee’s file. Our feature allows you to choose a group of employees, or the entire company, and make a specific change all at once with a couple of key strokes. This feature also eliminates the risk of missing a single person’s change among the multitude you might have to do.

For example, you can put your insurance rate increases into our system based on single, married, or family plans rather then per employee. You can perform this by using a dollar amount increase, a percentage increase or you can simply change the amount from one dollar amount to the new one. By teaming this application with Dominion’s Effective Dates, you can even make a group of changes for sometime in the future.
