Product Update | Hiring a Temp as an Employee

On the evening of Thursday, September 29th, we will be releasing an update that will allow you to easily hire your temp worker as an employee within our software. To hire a temp worker to as an employee you will navigate to the Employee Pay Screen and select the temp you wish to hire.

You simply need to assign your temp worker an employee number, input date of hire, and pay status. Once filled in you will click ‘Hire!’ and our system will create a new employee record, while maintaining past data as a temp employee.
