Phase one of our brand new office is complete! We’re still located in the same building, we just added a floor to our office. IT, sales, marketing and client solutions will be moved to the second floor, while operations and trainings will continue to take place on the first floor. Our new floorplan is an “open” office space that will allow for more collaboration between departments. If you’re in the area, please stop by. We would love to show you around the office!
New Reporting Feature
Coming Soon - Reports will be able to run in the background
We all want our reports as quick and timely as possible. Dominion will be introducing a new reporting feature that will give the user the ability to run multiple reports at the same time. Reports will be able to run in the background while the user can continue to do other tasks. To the right is a screenshot of what the new reporting feature looks like. Three separate icons will appear in a queue at the top of your screen. These icons will indicate if the report is either in queue, processing, or ready. After the report is complete, it will be available for up to 30 days in the queue without having to rerun that report. A maximum of 15 reports can be viewed in the queue at a time. This will make the user experience even more convenient when running large reports.
Year End Classes
Year end is quickly approaching and Dominion has a few important updates. Our senior training representative, Monica Fisher, will be teaching two classes that will help you prepare for year end! She will review the year end schedule, adjustments and the W-2 process. The dates are below:
