Customized Reports

You get unlimited reporting customized to your needs.  We can provide 401-K reports, vacation/sick tracking, labor distributions, worker's compensation reports, and more.  Best of all, there is no charge for reports processed with your payroll - any and as many as you need!  Dominion Systems also provides 53-week employment histories for terminated employees.

Vendor Checks

We save you time with court-ordered deductions.  We can calculate friend-of-the-court and garnishments for you and create the check.  In addition, Dominion Systems can create checks for The United Way, 401-K, or any other deduction you need.  They are automatic with the only charge being the cost of an additional check.  This saves you time and hassle.  With Dominion Systems, you can also designate certain deductions to automatically "catch-up" when they are missed.

Direct Deposits

Automated to save you time!  Participation can be anywhere from one to all employees.  We provide up to eight accounts for each employee at any financial institution in the United States.

Hands Free Transition

Dominion Systems inputs your personal information, year to dates, and tax information, so that you don't have to.  The key to our conversion is test payrolls called parallels.  Parallels are free of charge and used to ensure a great start with us!

Plus Guaranteed Tax Filing & Deposits!

We do all employment tax deposits and filings for you. This is similar to what you might see from other outsourcing companies, but with a major difference: WE GIVE YOU A CHOICE. You can control your tax money until the taxes are due OR you can have tax liabilities transferred every payroll under our Tax Management Program. Either way, employment tax filing is fully guaranteed against penalties and interest.
