Dominion Systems Awarded as One of West Michigan’s Best & Brightest Places to Work in 2016

Grand Rapids, MI.: Dominion Systems, a cloud-based payroll and HR software company, was selected as one of West Michigan’s businesses for the title of 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for 2016. Dominion Systems is a second generation owned payroll and HR management software company that simplifies the back office for companies nationally. The Best and Brightest award signifies top business performance in areas of employee enrichment, human resource practices, and overall commitment to excellence.

An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories such as Compensation, Engagement and Retention, and Employee Education and Development. Dominion Systems held high ranks specifically in the categories of Employee Education and Development, Community Initiatives, and Recruitment Selection and Orientation. These categories were ranked by each individual employee through the aforementioned survey.
