Is it actually going to streamline your HR process? Consider all the needs you previously identified. Does the software offer a solution to most, if not all, of your needs? Ask questions. That is what the sales rep you are dealing with is for. Challenge them and ask questions they will need to think about before answering, and not just upsell the software.
