Following our recent Product Update that made a ton of improvements to our software, we will be having a much smaller release that will make a few enhancements to the system on the evening of Wednesday, April 25. These updates are a result of receiving feedback from our clients. You can find details about this release below.
Company Administrators can now search for employees by their Social Security Numbers within the Employee Search field. They must have all 9 digits entered, with or without hyphens, for a successful search.
There has also been another +Employee button inserted in the Employee Header to the right of the Search field. Additionally, the load times for the Employee Listing and Employee Search objects will be enhanced.
When on the Employee Deduction or One-Time Deduction screens, you will be able to click any area within the entire row to make edits rather than just the 'edit pencil' icon. This update will help improve the user interface to make for a smoother process all around.
As a reminder, company administrators have the option to upload employee photos themselves OR toggle the option to allow employees to do so.
