Case Study

Our Marketing team is currently looking for clients who want to be featured in a case study. What is a case study exactly? Well, it’s about 10 questions detailing how you use our software and specific features you find most helpful. We cover things such as who you used before Dominion, what your trials and tribulations were, and what you enjoy most about our software. All case studies will be done over lunch and participants will receive a gift card to compensate for their time. If you’d like to check out some past case studies we have put together you can do so by clicking below.

Webinar Subscription 

Every other month we host a webinar designed to educate HR and Payroll professionals on current topics in the industry. We’ve recently hosted webinars on topics such as Memorable Onboarding Practices, A Platform for Hiring Success, the State of Employment, and more. To be included in these webinar invites, please sign up by following the link below. New Employees

We’ve recently added a few new employees to our Dominion team! In Client Solutions we have Isaac, Mindy, and Katie joining us, and Mike has become part of our IT team. We’re really excited to have these people on board and are excited to watch them grow with us.

Going Paperless

Onboarding Pricing Structure

If you are not already using Dominion’s Onboarding feature, here is a quick overview of the pricing structure that will take effect April 1, 2017. The price will vary depending on your company’s payroll frequency and includes a flat fee that occurs each payroll and a per-new hire fee that occurs each month. 

For companies who process payroll weekly, there is a flat fee of $5 per payroll. In addition to that, you will see a $2 fee per new hire per month for the first year. For companies that process payroll bi-weekly or semi-monthly, there is a flat fee of $10 per payroll with the same $2 per new hire per month for the first year. Companies that process payroll monthly will have a flat fee of $20 per payroll, again with the $2 per new hire per month. The flat fees designated to each pay frequency will occur each payroll per client code.
