101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For
We are very pleased to announce Dominion has been named one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Places to Work For 2016. We are very honored to have received this prestigious award for the second year in a row and aim to continue providing a great place for employees to come together and serve our clients.
In the past few months we’ve added two new members to the team here at Dominion. We’d like to introduce David Hammond, our newest software trainer, and Ashley Handy, our newest addition to the marketing team.
David spent the past four years teaching and recently moved back to Grand Rapids from Kentucky. He began working with us in February and has been a great addition to the team. Ashley is a recent graduate of Grand Valley where she studied Advertising and Public Relations. She also has her Associates Degree in Graphic Design. Ashley joined our team in February and has been adding her own touch to various documents we send out to clients.
Dominion employees are always looking for volunteer opportunities and would love to help our clients give back to the community. If you have an upcoming opportunity and need an extra hand, please reach out to Sarah Honke with details.
Our next webinar is scheduled for April 27th at 1:00 p.m. and will touch on employee burnout. Giving the presentation will be Michelle Steffes of IPV Consulting. Michelle is a professional consultant with 25 years of leadership experience and has distinguished herself as an expert in the field of leadership and organization development. If you’re interested in learning more about the webinar or attending you can register here.
Referral Program Reminder
Please remember we recently implemented a referral program for clients who send additional business to Dominion. As long as the referred business signs on with us, you will receive a $50 Visa gift card as well as a percentage off your next company payroll. You can refer business using the link provided here.
Dominion has also made updates to our Group Scheduling feature. Now Supervisors, as well as Company Administrators, are able to make changes to their company schedules. However, Supervisors will remain limited in their permissions. Additional updates added to the Group Scheduling Planner are real time reflections of employee requested personal time off and holidays. This feature is free to all clients, but will need to be turned on for use.
If you are interested in using Group Scheduling please contact Claire Manz at (616) 248-8145.
New Point of Contact
For those of you who have not already heard, we recently transitioned Steve Tyminski into our New Business Development Team. Please note that going forward he will no longer be the point of contact for clients, but to reach out to Claire Manz instead. You may recognize Claire if you have attended a live product demo in the past 6 months or so, as she has been our go-to person for demonstrations. If you have any interest in adding on new products or features, Claire would be more than happy to assist you. Her contact information is listed below.
