Dominion Systems Receives Award For Third Consecutive Years For Being One of West Michigan’s Best & Brightest Places to Work for in 2017.

April 24, 2017 - Grand Rapids, MI.-- Dominion Systems, a cloud-based payroll and HR software company, was selected as one of West Michigan’s businesses for the title of 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in 2017. This award signifies top business performance in areas of employee enrichment, human resource practices, and overall commitment to excellence.

An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories such as Compensation, Engagement and Retention, and Employee Education and Development. Dominion Systems held high ranks specifically in the categories of Employee Education and Development, Community Initiatives, and Recruitment Selection and Orientation. These categories were ranked by each employee through a survey.

Winners of the Best and Brightest program will be honored at a luncheon on May 3rd at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
