Product enhancement allows employers to make smarter scheduling decisions
Nov 12, 2012
Grand Rapids, MI — – Dominion Systems, Inc. a leading provider of Employee Resource Management solutions, released a group scheduling enhancement within LaborSource to allow supervisors to better manage employee schedules. LaborSource is an integrated time and attendance solution offered by Dominion Systems.
“Group scheduling helps mangers effectively do their job,” said Dominion Systems President and CEO, Jud Highhill. “By allowing managers access to this powerful tool, they can get a snapshot of who is working when, and make adjustments when needed.”
Their latest release comes on the heels of a mobile application release. Group scheduling will give managers the flexibility to import and export schedules. Among many features, access to different charts such as bar, line, and table graphs make scheduling easier. Filters allow managers the ability to narrow down employees to departments, cost centers, and different shifts.
“Our latest release was designed to give managers more control of their workforce,” said Chief Information Officer, Chris Dukes. “Group scheduling significantly reduces workload and helps eliminate over or under staffing.”
