In an effort to keep you up to date on these improvements, we have mapped out the most important changes below. Our team here at Dominion works hard to develop a high-quality product that helps our clients manage all their Payroll and HR processes with ease. Because of this, we are constantly releasing product updates that improve our software to make it more intuitive and user-friendly than ever. In the latest product release, the following updates will be made to our software:

There have been a number of minor changes to the layout of the Job Post screen within the Applicant Tracking System. Nothing has been added or removed, there have simply been a few minor tweaks to the page in order to begin the process of sharing job posts with Indeed.com.

You will also notice that you have the ability to record the number of open positions for each Job Post. The Job Post Listing will reflect any extra information based on the remaining positions that need to be filled.

Job Posts

Let's get into some job posts. I have a few jobs posts out here, associate trainer, client retention, various roles that I've created for my training company. I can see an overview of the position. I can see the posting owner and the actual posting date and I can see what applicant's I have as well as what candidates I have, so those that are further along in the process. The One button here is letting you know that I have a new candidate that has applied for this position. I can edit this as well. I can also copy this posting link for URLs. We have a dedicated job board that's available to you that I will show you when we get into the application side, but this post allows me to link directly to this job posts as opposed to the full job board. If you are using a vendor like indeed or Linkedin, you can take this URL and redirect them to your portal. So I can copy that post right away and set that up.

Good morning everyone and welcome to today's presentation. My name is Claire, I am your product strategists here with Dominion Systems and I really appreciate you joining us this morning. Today we are looking at our Applicant Tracking Platform, which is a really good platform you can utilize to round out the system and how you start the process of adding more employee profiles. I'd like to show you a couple of different pieces of the platform, how the administrator accesses and builds out the different application and tools within, but then I would like to flip over and give you a feel for what the applicants will see as well.
