Every year employers hand out a stack of daunting paperwork to their employees and wait to see how many of those forms actually get turned back in. Simplify Your Open Enrollment

Open enrollment can be a very hectic time of the year for companies of all sizes. No matter if you have 10 or 10,000 employees, open enrollment requires HR to track benefit information for all of them and make sure everything gets processed correctly. When you’re dealing with sensitive employee information it is always best to eliminate the paperwork and get everything in electronic form. E-forms are preferred for two reasons:

1. Eliminates paper waste (and it is accessible straight from your computer)
2. Reduces the risk of misplacing important documents
